Typography and Composition: Figure Ground Page War I

1. Use as many letters and shapes as you need, mix fonts, distort letterforms, wreak havoc
2. All letters and shapes should all overlap always
3. Design must be BLACK and WHITE (no gray)
4. Your design should use equal amounts of black and white to achieve the desired effect
5. Design must be 8.5 x 11

  

I can't quite decide which one I like more.

1. Relative proportions of all letterforms must be the same (use the letterform as a single shape)
2. Use a minimum of 5 letters - there is no maximum
3. Design must be BLACK and WHITE (no gray)
4. Design must be 8.5 x 11
